I’m Co-founder & CTO at Connect981, where I lead Product & Tech and spend a lot of my time turning complex industrial challenges into products that feel simple and intuitive.

I started my career as a software engineer before moving into project and product leadership, so I’ve had the chance to experience tech from quite a few different angles : from writing code to building teams, products and strategy.

What I enjoy most is building things from the ground up, solving problems with the team, challenging ideas (including my own), and finding pragmatic ways to move forward.

I care a lot about creating an environment where people have real ownership, feel comfortable speaking up, and can make an impact. I’m naturally curious, I like understanding how things work, and I’m always up for a good product or tech debate.
